Position Details:
Job Title: #Proposal_Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
📍 Location: Head Office – Nasr City
Key_Responsibilities
☑Lead the planning, coordination, and preparation of proposals for engineering, design, and supervision projects.
☑Review and analyze tender documents, RFPs, and contract requirements, identifying risks and clarifying ambiguities.
☑Liaise with engineering, supervision, and management teams to gather technical inputs and accurate cost estimates.
☑Prepare work plans, methodologies, and technical write-ups tailored to each project’s scope.
☑Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
☑Oversee the design and layout of proposal documents, ensuring professional presentation and branding.
☑Maintain and update a library of proposal templates, project references, and team CVs.
☑Participate in negotiations, clarifications, and post-tender discussions with clients when required.

Qualifications & Requirements
☑ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, or related discipline).
☑ 3+ years of experience in proposals, tendering, or related roles.
☑ Background in project supervision is a strong advantage.
☑ Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
☑ Excellent command of MS Office Suite.
☑ Strong skills in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
☑ In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures and contract requirements.
☑ Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
