We’re expanding our engineering teams and looking for a QA Engineer to join a project focused on Customer Portal used by millions of users worldwide.
You’ll support the development of intelligent self-service solutions—including knowledge portals, secure content delivery, and AI-powered search—helping customers find accurate answers quickly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers in an agile, collaborative environment, contributing to product quality, stability, and continuous improvement.
This role plays an important part in ensuring that software meets client expectations, runs reliably at scale, and delivers real value to end users.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve domain test strategy, ensuring standards, risk coverage, and alignment with business priorities.
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria to eliminate ambiguities and guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
- Design, document, and maintain test scenarios and cases, ensuring clarity and traceability.
- Drive automation frameworks and API testing, leveraging Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), Postman, FitNesse, and performance tools like JMeter.
- Lead end‑to‑end testing initiatives, including scenario automation, test data management, and documentation.
- Coordinate regression and release testing across domains and platforms (e.g., SFDC), safeguarding stability and scalability.
- Continuously improve QA frameworks, tooling, and practices, collaborating with product and architecture stakeholders to deliver quality at scale.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in test automation, with strong hands‑on expertise in Java.
- Advanced knowledge of automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), FitNesse, JMeter, and REST API testing with Postman.
- Proven ability to define and drive test strategy, ensuring consistency across teams and alignment with quality standards.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and integration of automated tests into delivery workflows (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities at solution level.
- Effective cross‑functional collaboration with Product Managers, Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects to drive quality improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear reporting, knowledge sharing, and alignment across distributed teams.
- Hands‑on experience with modern tooling, including IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, and supporting environments.
