QA Lead – Utrecht (hybrid)
For an innovative software company in the Utrecht region, I am looking for an experienced QA Lead who can drive quality across the entire software development lifecycle.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to establish quality standards, improve processes, and help teams deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the QA strategy
- Promote a quality-first mindset across engineering teams
- Coach and mentor QA Engineers and Developers
- Drive test automation and quality engineering initiatives
- Monitor quality metrics and manage testing risks
- Support release readiness and continuous improvement
- Contribute to compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 regarding would be a pré
Requirements
- Experience as a QA Lead, QA Manager, or Senior QA Engineer
- Strong understanding of Quality Engineering and Agile delivery
- Experience with test automation and modern testing practices
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead quality initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- ISTQB certification is a plus
