MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Quality Control (Mechanical) have expertise in working on high-rise buildings (MEP) to join our team in Karachi.
Job Description:
- Quality Control.
- Inspection of work as per standards.
- Maintaining quality up to mark.
- Guiding the team to work as per quality standards.
- Maintaining record of IR, MIR.
- Inspection of welding to be done as per standards.
- Ensuring the welding according to the given benchmark.
- Physically inspect electrical installations, including conduit, cable trays, and terminations.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and specifications.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and test reports.
- Create and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including handover and test records.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and procedures to ensure they are followed correctly.
- Prepare the interim payment application IPA.
Qualification:
- BSC Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 5 to 6 Years.
