Tyron Manufacturing กำลังมองหา QC Inspector ที่มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และพร้อมทำงานในโรงงานผลิต เพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างระบบคุณภาพสำหรับโรงงานผลิต Runflat Systems ที่กำลังเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบและวัสดุที่รับเข้า
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต (Compression Moulding)
- ตรวจสอบสินค้าสำเร็จรูปก่อนส่งมอบ
- จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพ
- สนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและระบบ ISO 9001
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี (Bachelor's Degree) ในสาขา:
- วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
- วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
- การจัดการคุณภาพ
- เทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม
- การผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QC, QA หรือการตรวจสอบคุณภาพในโรงงาน 1–3 ปี
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดและอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบพื้นฐานได้
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยาง ยานยนต์ พลาสติก หรือการผลิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงงานและทำงานเป็นกะได้

Position: QC Inspector
📍 Location: Thailand
🕒 Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Shift work and overtime may be required)
Tyron Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our growing Runflat manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role working directly on the factory floor to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials and components.
- Perform in-process inspections during compression moulding operations.
- Conduct final inspections of finished goods.
- Complete quality documentation and inspection reports.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Quality Management
- Industrial Technology
- Manufacturing
- Or a related technical field
- 1–3 years' experience in QC, QA, or manufacturing inspection roles.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in rubber, automotive, plastics, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on the factory floor in a fast-paced environment.
