About the role
In this position, you will be the driving force behind product and process excellence. From development to production, you ensure that quality is built in at every stage. You’ll collaborate with engineers, project teams, and suppliers to solve complex problems, implement improvements, and make sure every product meets the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for quality matters across projects and teams
- Guide and coach colleagues to adopt best practices and improve workflows
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance performance
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem-solving initiatives
- Support product and process design decisions to ensure quality from the start
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain and improve product standards

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, or related technical field
- At least 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or electronics environment
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, JIRA, Power BI)
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent collaboration skills
