Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in quality control and a background in office furniture manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and report quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Maintain quality records and prepare inspection reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance/quality control.
- Experience in the office furniture industry is required.
- Knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
