Quality Manager | Manufacturing
I’m partnering with a manufacturing company seeking a Quality Manager to lead their quality function and drive improvements across the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own the quality management system, lead audits, and partner closely with operations and leadership.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- Own and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance
- Drive PPAPs, control plans, and continuous improvement efforts
- Partner with customers on audits, RMAs, and 8D responses
- Monitor supplier quality and performance
- Provide quality data and insights to leadership
- Lead day-to-day quality operations and team activities
✅ What they’re looking for:
- Experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (3–5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (required)
- Ability to read prints and understand GD&T
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and quality systems
- Strong communication skills—you’ll interact across all levels
