We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation managing large-scale mobile networks, seeking experienced RF Engineers to optimise network performance and stability.
Job Description:
- Analyze and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability
- Perform RF optimization for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks
- Conduct event-based network optimization and performance assurance
- Utilize BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting
- Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network quality

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering
- Fresh Graduates or 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field
- Must have good knowledge of telecom architectures
- Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities
- Having good telecom basic objects overview and understanding about the functionality of each object
- Keen to learn new product knowledge and easy to mold in new work environment
- Proficient in network analysis and optimization tools
