Job Outline:
To manage the creation of accurate parts lists and job plans for repairs, rebuilds, CVA and various service options. Also, leading the Service Option Collaborator (SOC) process and other CAT deployed rebuild related resources for generating repair lists. Assist Business Units with rebuild options build-up. Be responsible for Standard Job implementation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leverage personal expertise to develop precise parts lists, labor hours and miscellaneous costs for standard jobs for various levels of repair and rebuilds Utilize CAT systems to integrate labor hours and miscellaneous costs (Service Data, SOC, etc.).
- Manage standard jobs within Mantrac ERP.
- Collaborate with CAT (and other OEMs) and product support teams on repair option projects.
- Liaise with IT for any repair option-related projects.
- Develop comprehensive contracts (parts list, oils, labor travel, EPP, etc.) for all territories, covering various CAT (and other OEM) products.
- Apply Mantrac ERP for pricing for all CVA part numbers
- Partner with service teams and utilize CAT systems to ensure accurate labor hours for each PM Visit. Collaborate with CAT and Mantrac teams on special CVA programs.
- Liaise with IT for any Rebuild-related projects. Create Repair option lists through CAT (SOC). Create CCR, CMCR, and CPT Lists using CAT (SOC).
Job Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of experience in service operation, repairing and rebuilding various CAT products. Experience with various CAT systems (SIS, SIMSi, TMI, etc…).
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint & PDF).
- Good English command ( both written & spoken).
