BCforward is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter II to support high-volume hiring initiatives focused on early-career technical talent, including interns, new graduates, and entry-level engineering professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and screen candidates for entry-level technical and engineering roles
✅ Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
✅ Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
✅ Coordinate interviews, support debriefs, and assist through offer stages
✅ Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruiting systems
✅ Support multiple high-volume hiring projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
✔ 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
✔ Experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions
✔ Background in high-volume recruiting environments
✔ Experience with intern, university, or early-career hiring programs
✔ Strong candidate engagement and offer management experience
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
✔ Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience working in a matrixed organization
⭐ Knowledge of campus recruiting programs, events, and hiring cycles
