National Machinery Company (NMC) is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to support and develop our growing sales team in the heavy equipment sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and supervise the sales team
✅ Monitor sales performance and opportunities
✅ Support sales engineers in achieving targets
✅ Conduct customer visits and business development activities
✅ Prepare sales reports and performance reviews
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment or construction machinery
✔ Strong leadership and coaching skills
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✔ Good command of English and Arabic
