Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development
- Advanced Analytical Skills and experience in conducting detailed Research
- Hands-on Testing experience to assess and refine products and processes
- Critical problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
- Experience with R&D in specialized technical domains is a plus
