Are you ready to turn ideas into market‑ready products and lead innovation from concept to serial production? Ferroxcube (YAGEO Group) is looking for an R&D Manager to lead structured product development and manage a skilled engineering team.
You will:
- Lead end‑to‑end product development and NPI
- Translate strategy and customer needs into a focused R&D roadmap
- Ensure smooth transfer to pilot and series production
- Lead, coach, and develop the R&D team
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
We’re looking for:
✔ 7–10+ years in R&D/product development
✔ Proven technical leadership
✔ Experience bringing products to mass production
✔ Master’s degree in Engineering (or related technical field) and professional fluency in English.
