Job Purpose
We are looking for a Road Engineer to supervise road and infrastructure construction works, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, IFC drawings, and project specifications
- Supervise road and infrastructure works, including earthworks, pavement, drainage, and utility networks
- Monitor daily site activities, work progress, manpower, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Survey, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Project teams
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality, and HSE requirements
- Attend client and consultant inspections and follow up on technical comments and NCRs
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and support project delivery
.Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings and supervise site execution
- Experience in government or Ministry of Defense projects is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
