- Compensation: CAD 100,000 – CAD 150,000 – yearly
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
- Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
- Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
- Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
- Monitor design changes, contractor and sub‑contractor activities and progress.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Civil Engineering with 4 years of experience on MTO projects.
- College diploma in Civil Engineering Technology with 6 years of experience on MTO projects.
- OACETT registration as Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required or PEng in ON.
- Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with CMS.
- Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts.
