Role Overview
The role drives the full lifecycle of digital solutions – shaping strategy, leading design and development, and ensuring successful adoption. This role aligns products with business priorities, embeds them into core processes, and future-proofs platforms to deliver lasting value and enable digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Planning
- Own the digital product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the CCEAP value chain and broader commercial priorities.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product strategies, leveraging data and insights to define clear success metrics.
- Conduct deep user research and workflow analysis to uncover pain points, experience gaps, and opportunities for digitization.
- Design future-ready processes, proposing "should-be" workflows that optimize efficiency and customer experience.
- Anticipate evolving business needs, assessing how current solutions integrate with future tools, data ecosystems, and digitalization initiatives.
- Future-proof platforms by embedding scalability, interoperability, and long-term relevance into product planning.
- Drive agenda towards Al-powered solutions: VMI, suggested ordering, load and route planning optimization.
Solutions Design & Development
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with vendors, tech teams, and commercial stakeholders to co-create robust solution designs.
- Translate business requirements into precise design specifications, balancing user experience with technical feasibility.
- Drive prioritization of enhancements, ensuring development efforts deliver maximum business impact and user value.
- Champion agile delivery practices, fostering iterative development and rapid feedback loops to accelerate time-to-market.
Change Management & Adoption
- Steer organizational change for digital transformation, chairing the Change Management Committee to align processes and stakeholders.
- Institutionalize process improvements, documenting all changes and conducting post-mortems to capture learnings and refine routines.
- Monitor adoption health and platform utilization, using data-driven insights to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with execution teams to embed tools into daily commercial routines, ensuring digital solutions become integral to business operations.
- Safeguard long-term adoption and product integrity, resolving systemic issues that threaten user experience or strategic
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business-related discipline
- With 4-5 years of relevant work experience in handling digital solutions and a background in Business-to-Business e-commerce and cashless solutions
- Has a background in Information Technology concepts and understanding of digital trends
- With strong problem-solving, data management, and analytical skills
- Capable of leading and managing projects.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office, with Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
