Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring seamless installation and maintenance. The role includes interacting with clients to identify their needs, recommending customized smart home solutions, and offering technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Close collaboration with other teams will be essential for delivering tailored solutions and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise 1-2 years in Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building strong client relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Proficiency in Technical Support to address and resolve client issues efficiently and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of smart home technologies and automation systems is a significant advantage.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field
