We're Hiring: Indoor Sales Engineer
As part of our ongoing expansion, Ata Rabah Company is looking to attract talented professionals to help us achieve our vision and future goals.
We are currently seeking an Indoor Sales Engineer to join our dynamic showroom team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in clients, providing technical knowledge about aluminium products, assisting customers in selecting the most suitable solutions, as well as preparing accurate pricing and quotations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and technical expertise.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate aluminum products and solutions.
Provide technical support and product specifications to help clients make informed decisions.
Prepare detailed cost estimations and pricing based on technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Analyze material quantities, profiles, and system requirements to develop accurate quotations.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure correct and competitive pricing.
Prepare and present client quotations.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure a smooth sales process.
Finalize sales agreements and ensure contracts are complete, accurate, and signed by all parties.
Candidate Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical skills for pricing and cost estimation.
