JOB DESCRIPTION
· Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within assigned territories.
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate ROTATEK machinery and solutions.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
· Collaborate closely with ROTATEK’s engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate product specification, customization, and delivery.
· Conduct machinery demonstrations and provide technical guidance during pre- and post-sales stages.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
· Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Qualifications/ Competencies
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
· Fluent in Spanish,Polish, German and English languages
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Analytical mindset, Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Technical understanding of printing machinery, production processes, or related equipment preferred.
Experience:
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial machinery sales, preferably in printing machinery, packaging, or related sectors.
· Experience in handling technical sales, client demonstrations, and project-based machinery solutions is highly desirable.
Location
Machinery Sales Engineer can work from Barcelona, Spain.
