A leading contracting company is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to expand our business across the Sultanate of Oman.
We're seeking a driven professional with strong market knowledge, an established network within the construction industry, and a proven ability to win and close projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government organizations.
* Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into awarded contracts.
* Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
* Lead negotiations and support the contract award process.
* Achieve sales targets while strengthening the company's presence in the Oman market.
* Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, and tender opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum *5 years of sales/business development experience* in the *Oman contracting industry*.
* Proven track record of securing and closing construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of the Muscat and Oman construction market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Valid Omani driving licence is required.
