Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners within the solar and energy storage industry.
- Expand SAJ’s market presence and strengthen brand awareness and the surrounding countries’ renewable energy market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Drive sales activities for residential and commercial solar inverter and energy storage solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and support partner onboarding
- Collaborate closely with technical support, product management, marketing, and headquarters teams.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular market feedback.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, roadshows, and industry events.
- Support channel partners with product training and business development initiatives
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partner success.
Qualification
- Background in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales or channel development experience in the solar PV, energy storage, or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of the solar and energy storage market
- Existing network with distributors, installers, EPCs, or industry stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in channel sales and achieving business growth target.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and relationship management skill.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across Philippines country.
