Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SCADA systems (Movicon, GE CIMPLICITY, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware or equivalent).
- Develop HMI screens, mimic diagrams, and graphical interfaces for process visualization.
- Configure PLC–SCADA communication over protocols such as Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP, and UDP.
- Perform logic testing, simulation, and system validation prior to deployment.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of control systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including I/O lists, architecture diagrams, and system manuals.
- Provide remote and on-site commissioning support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Implement cybersecurity and network reliability measures in SCADA systems.
- Train operators and maintenance staff on SCADA functionality and system usage.
- Support system upgrades, data backups, and redundancy planning.
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of SCADA software platforms (Movicon, GE CIMPLICITY, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition etc.).
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, RTUs, and communication networks.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870, OPC-UA).
- Understanding of database management and historian systems.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, firewalls, switches).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams.
- Effective technical documentation and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in (Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation) or relevant field
