Purpose Of The Job
Manage and direct the Section to ensure the provision of a quality town planning services to customers by facilitating, guiding and implementing the development needs of the City as well as to develop.
Manage and enforce the policies and regulations of the Department.
The Section will oversee the evaluation of building plans, the evaluation and approval of resident occupational and shebeen applications.
Enforcement of illegal land uses.
Upgrading of the E-Planner system with the cadastral and zoning changes and provide comments to Property Management on erf applications for 10m public open spaces.
