Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead end-to-end AI projects. You’ll build scalable solutions across GenAI, CV, NLP, and automation, working with product and engineering teams to solve real business problems.
Experience
5–6 years in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
– Build AI/ML solutions for real-world use cases
– Develop assistants, semantic search, and document intelligence
– Create NLP interfaces and recommendation systems
– Build CV models for detection, classification, and inspection
– Optimize and deploy models in production
– Develop APIs and scalable backend services
– Collaborate across teams and mentor juniors
Required Skills
– Strong Python skills
– Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
– Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
– Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector DBs
– Experience with LangChain or similar
– CV tools (YOLO, OpenCV, Detectron2)
– SQL/NoSQL and API development (FastAPI)
– Docker, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms
– Understanding of MLOps and deployment
Preferred Background
– Degree in CS, AI, or related field
– Industry experience (manufacturing, retail, etc.)
– Leadership or mentoring experience
