We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to support and enhance an existing near-real-time data solution actively used by customers. The role involves maintaining and optimizing current pipelines, addressing performance issues, fixing bugs and implementing new ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have experience building near-real-time ETL solutions and a genuine passion for working with data—diving deep into database tables, exploring datasets and uncovering insights, not just building pipelines. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering and architecture teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance and improvement of existing near-real-time data pipelines
- Design and implementation of new ETL/data integration processes
- Troubleshooting of production issues, performance bottlenecks and data quality problems
- Analysis of business requirements and translation into technical solutions
- Exploration and validation of data directly in databases
- Participation in code reviews, testing and documentation
- Provision of 3rd-line support for data solutions
- Close collaboration with architects, technical leads, product and engineering teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL development
- Expertise in Snowflake, Data Vault modeling and incremental loading strategies
- Experience with near real-time data processing
- Proficiency in SQL
- Skills in at least one ETL/orchestration tool such as Matillion (preferred), Airflow or Alteryx
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)
