Lead the design and development of exploratory sleep‑related products, sub‑systems, and concepts
, from early ideation through functional prototypes and learning builds. -
Operate as an engineering all‑rounder
, contributing across integrated hardware systems including mechanical design, electronics, sensing technologies, and overall system behaviour. -
Translate loosely defined user, clinical, and technology needs into clear design concepts, engineering requirements, and testable hypotheses.
-
Design, build, and iterate rapid prototypes to validate assumptions related to comfort, usability, sensing performance, robustness, and manufacturability.
-
Plan and execute targeted verification, experimentation, and learning activities appropriate to early‑stage concept maturity, and interpret results to guide design direction.
-
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners across Industrial Design, Systems, Electronics, Firmware, Software, Algorithms, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory
. -
Work effectively at software and firmware interfaces
, supporting requirements definition, system understanding, test methods, and hands‑on debugging where needed. -
