Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Development, your role will focus on formulating and executing comprehensive asset development plans. You will ensure capital investments meet internal expectations while maximizing returns. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess and execute new technologies and project expansions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the annual capital planning and implementation
• Optimize development expenditures for best asset performance
• Formulate budgets and long-term operational forecasts
• Collaborate on technical evaluations for new developments
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in production
Requirements:
• A degree in Engineering or similar qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in development practices
• 10+ years in the oil and gas industry
• Proven skills in reservoir, production, or facilities engineering
• Strong understanding of project economics and cash flows
