A leading global energy and infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Energy Project Management to lead the execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Solar PV, and power generation projects across Texas and the broader U.S. market. This role will establish project execution systems, build local project teams, and oversee the successful delivery of strategic energy infrastructure projects from development through EPC executio
n.

Qualificat
- ionsBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related fi
- eld.15+ years of experience managing utility-scale BESS, Solar PV, gas power, or energy infrastructure proje
- cts.Strong knowledge of project development, permitting, EPC execution, contract management, and project contr
- ols.Demonstrated success delivering large-scale energy projects safely, on schedule, and within bud
- get.Experience working with U.S.-based IPPs, developers, EPC contractors, and industry stakehold
- ers.Texas/ERCOT project experience strongly prefer
red.
