Rapidly growing PE-backed Ophthalmology & Optometry platform seeking a Senior Director of Operations to oversee multi-site operations across a large regional footprint
This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and physician leaders to drive operational performance, standardisation and scalable growth across the network
Key responsibilities:
- Oversight of multi-site clinic operations across assigned region
- Drive KPI accountability, patient flow and provider productivity
- Support integration of newly acquired practices
- Build and develop Regional / Practice Operations leadership
- Improve operational consistency, staffing and financial performance
- Partner closely with physicians, ASC leadership and executive team
Requirements:
- Current/recent Ophthalmology or Optometry MSO experience
- Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations at scale
- Strong operational leadership and execution mindset
- PE-backed healthcare experience highly preferred
