This is an opportunity for an experienced technology and transformation leader to drive complex customer outcomes, lead large-scale delivery initiatives, and partner with executive stakeholders across enterprise environments.
The opportunity
- Senior leadership role operating across technology, delivery and customer engagement
- Opportunity to influence complex transformation and technology initiatives
- Work closely with executive stakeholders across large enterprise environments
- Partner with consulting, architecture, engineering and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes
- Drive meaningful customer and business outcomes through technology transformation
- Initial 12–18 month engagement
What you'll be doing
- Leading the delivery of complex, large-scale technology and transformation programs
- Partnering with executive stakeholders to align business objectives and delivery outcomes
- Driving accountability, delivery quality and execution across cross-functional teams
- Influencing technology and delivery decisions by balancing speed, quality, cost and risk
- Providing technical and delivery leadership across complex initiatives
- Supporting continuous improvement and delivery excellence initiatives
Ideally, you'll have
- 15+ years' experience delivering large-scale technology programs or transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership experience across enterprise, consulting, technology services or customer-facing delivery environments
- Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary technology teams
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes
- A track record of delivering strategic technology initiatives within complex enterprise environments
- Experience across cloud, infrastructure, security, data, platform engineering or digital transformation programs
