Position: Senior Engineer / Project Manager at EXP
EXP is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer / Project Manager across Markham, Brampton, London, Hamilton, or Ottawa. Focus on bridge design, rehabilitation, and team leadership.
As part of the Transportation team, you will oversee projects from planning to implementation, ensuring high standards of design and compliance with regulations.
Your role involves conducting thorough analyses, managing project objectives, and mentoring less experienced engineers. You will also handle the preparation of necessary documentation and tender materials critical for bridge projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the management of bridge construction and rehabilitation projects
• Prepare comprehensive design specifications for structures
• Conduct structural analysis and design calculations
• Mentor engineers and coordinate technicians on projects
• Produce and review technical documents for tender processes
Requirements:
• P.Eng. in Ontario with a Civil Engineering degree
• Minimum 10 years of relevant bridge design experience
• Familiarity with MTO specifications and standards
• Knowledge of finite element analysis software
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
