Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineering Manager located in Dubai. The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering teams, managing complex software development projects, and ensuring seamless integration of systems. Day-to-day duties include setting priorities, delegating tasks, fostering a collaborative team environment, aligning projects with organizational goals, and providing solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in Software Development, with knowledge of modern technologies, frameworks, and coding best practices
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within timelines and budgets
- Skills in Integration to ensure seamless collaboration between systems and components
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with the latest industry standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications in management are a plus
- Prior experience in senior management roles within a technical domain is highly desirable
