Job Overview
The Senior Manager – Facilities & Engineering is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of facilities operations. This role ensures optimal functionality, safety, cost efficiency, and sustainability of all physical assets, while supporting store operations and enhancing customer experience. The position leads engineering teams, manages vendors, and drives strategic initiatives related to maintenance, capital projects, and new store development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in facilities/engineering management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail or multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Relevant certifications (CFM, PMP, PE, or equivalent) are an advantage
