Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary highway and bridge design initiatives
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
• Ensure adherence to corporate QA/QC standards
• Develop project proposals, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project performance to meet established targets
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree and P.Eng. certification
• Minimum 15 years in highway project management
• Expertise in Transportation Engineering regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
