About the Role
Manage site access procedures, permit systems, vehicle scheduling, and gate operations.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve Contractor Construction Logistics Plans (CLP), Traffic Management Plans (TMP), and site access strategies.
- Manage site access procedures, permit systems, vehicle scheduling, and gate operations.
- Monitor implementation of logistics plans, haul routes, laydown areas, and material storage.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders on road closures, diversions, and work interfaces.
- Optimize construction sequencing, workfront planning, and logistics corridors.
- Identify and mitigate logistics risks, ensuring smooth operations across multiple contractors.
- Track logistics performance and report issues, risks, and non-conformances to the Resident Engineer.
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in logistics coordination on infrastructure DM/RTA projects is preferred.
- Consultancy/construction supervision experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site logistics, access planning, and interface management.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors and workstreams.
- Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE is highly desirable.
