Position: Senior Model Based Systems Engineer
- Lead the design, development, and integration of complex simulation tools to support large-scale Joint and Coalition exercises.
- Integrates disparate simulation systems and C4I systems with the core JTLS-GO simulation, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational realism.
- Provides technical direction and supervision to development teams.
- Creates and presents technical roadmaps and strategic plans for simulation architecture.
- Experience across the full M&S lifecycle, including requirements analysis, tool development, Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A), and post-event analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in relevant technical discipline such as Computer, Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or other engineering majors.
- 8+ minimum years of experience or 12+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 8 + years of experience in M&S engineering, with a deep understanding of LVC principles and their application in DoD technical programs.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with the Joint Theater Level Simulation – Global Operations (JTLS-GO) environment, including its use in Combatant Command level Command Post Exercises (CPXs) and Field Training Exercises (FTXs).
