As a Senior Staff NPI Test Engineer, you will be the architectural authority for new product introduction, focusing on advanced high-speed communication technologies exceeding 200
Gbps. The role demands expertise in mixed-signal test development, particularly using SiGe BiCMOS technologies, and a leadership approach to complex, cross-functional projects while driving standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect advanced test strategies for complex mixed-signal SiGe products
• Develop high-speed Ser Des and CDR test methodologies
• Establish DFT/testability requirements within IC architecture
• Collaborate on product architecture and readiness reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and influence test platform development
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or related field
• 8+ years semiconductor test experience
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and digital test techniques
• Strong signal integrity and jitter analysis understanding
• Expertise with Advantest V93000 platform and PCB design tools
