Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to support the successful delivery of major construction and development projects.
The ideal candidates will have strong experience working with contracting companies, EPC contractors, or design & build organizations, with proven expertise in site execution, technical coordination, construction management, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer
- Support the execution and delivery of construction activities in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with project management, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, technical documents, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to approved plans and quality standards.
- Manage technical queries, RFIs, inspections, and coordination with design teams.
- Support preparation of project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and subcontracting teams for timely material and work execution.
- Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
Senior Project Engineer – Additional Responsibilities
- Lead technical coordination for assigned project disciplines.
- Manage and mentor Project Engineers and site engineering teams.
- Review construction methods, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables and construction milestones.
Candidate Profile :
Project Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction and development projects.
- Experience working with contractors, EPC companies, or design & build organizations.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical coordination, and site execution.
Senior Project Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in large-scale construction and development projects.
- Proven experience managing technical coordination and site engineering activities.
- Experience working with major contracting companies / EPC contractors.
Required Contracting Experience
Candidates must have experience in:
- International construction contractors, EPC contractors, or design & build companies.
- Large-scale building and development projects.
- Site execution, construction coordination, and technical delivery.
- Review of shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and method statements.
- Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Working within project schedules, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
Preferred Experience
- Luxury hospitality and resort projects.
- High-rise buildings and mixed-use developments.
- Commercial, residential, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience with international consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination, QA/QC procedures, and project controls.
