A well-established NYC commercial interiors general contractor is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. The company has built a strong reputation across New York City and works with several of the city’s major landlords.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project delivery
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
- Lead project meetings and support project staff
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in NYC commercial interiors
- Experience managing corporate interior fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of the NYC construction market
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
