Lead Strategic Web Programs for a Global SaaS Leader
We're partnering with a globally recognised SaaS technology company that develops award-winning learning and productivity software used by millions of professionals at thousands of organisations worldwide, including many Fortune 500 companies. Known for its innovation, collaborative culture, and fully remote workforce, the company continues to invest in world-class talent to support its rapid global growth.
We're hiring a highly strategic and operational Senior Project Manager (Web) to join the global Go-to-Market team. In this fully remote role, you'll lead strategic web and GTM programs, working alongside senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design and Engineering.
This isn't a traditional project coordination role. We're looking for someone who can influence stakeholders, improve operational processes, and successfully deliver high-impact initiatives across multiple teams.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Own and manage the web program roadmap
✔ Lead website releases from planning through launch
✔ Drive strategic cross-functional GTM initiatives
✔ Partner with Design, Development, Content, QA, Marketing and Product teams
✔ Build scalable project management frameworks and processes
✔ Identify risks, manage priorities and keep projects on track
✔ Present progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
✔ Continuously improve how teams plan and deliver work
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- Strong background in web, digital, marketing or SaaS environments
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, SEO and web analytics
- WordPress experience is highly desirable
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent planning and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspace
