Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced QC Engineers (Civil & Mechanical) to join our team and support the successful delivery of major Energy and Infrastructure projects across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct inspections to ensure construction and installation activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
✔ Review material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and quality documentation.
✔ Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
✔ Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
✔ Monitor civil and mechanical works to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
✔ Participate in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
✔ Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Ensure all quality-related activities are properly documented and reported.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within EPC, Energy, Utilities, Power, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.
🔹 Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and international standards.
🔹 Experience in reviewing QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and project quality records.
🔹 Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
🔹 Membership of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate is preferred.
