Are you an Senior Quality Engineer ready to take the lead in driving product and process excellence? We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen our growing technical team near Eindhoven, someone who combines a sharp eye for detail with the ability to guide others and shape quality strategy.
About the role
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you are the key driver of quality across projects, products, and teams. You act as the central point of expertise, making sure quality is not just checked, but designed into every phase, from development to production. You’ll coach colleagues, collaborate with suppliers, and lead improvement initiatives that make a real impact on performance and reliability.
Your key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead contact for all quality-related topics across multiple projects
- Guide and mentor engineers and team members in applying best practices and quality tools
- Define and drive continuous improvement initiatives on product, process, and system level
- Lead root cause investigations and structured problem-solving activities
- Influence product and process design decisions to ensure quality from day one
- Work closely with suppliers to secure and elevate component and product standards

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics or similar
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a high-tech, manufacturing, or electronics environment
- Strong command of quality methods & tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, JIRA, Power BI)
- Proven ability to lead problem-solving efforts and influence cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset, analytical thinker, and strong communication skills
