As part of our team, you will focus on enhancing the lifecycle reliability of our innovative products. Engage with mechanical and electrical engineers to establish reliability targets while developing test plans that adhere to the principles of Design for Reliability (DfR). Your insights will drive improvements and support customer satisfaction through meticulous performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define reliability targets during product design
• Implement DfR in new product developments
• Execute DFMEA to manage performance risks
• Create ALT Reliability Test Plans based on risks
• Monitor field metrics for ongoing reliability improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Strong background in power electronics reliability solutions
• Familiarity with failure analysis techniques
• Experience with reliability testing in energy systems
• Proficient in reliability statistics
