We Can Offer You The Following Tasks

  • Troubleshooting and pinpointing electrical and electronic failures of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines and auxiliary systems onboard.
  • Execute overhauls, maintenance, and repair work on engine automation and mechanical systems.
  • Organize, lead, and manage work teams and related activities before and during job execution.
  • Interact with customers during work execution and provide the best technical solutions.
  • Prepare lists of required work materials, spare parts, and tools for each job.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and related technical documentation.
  • Provide internal and external service work reports including conclusions and recommendations.
  • Advise customers on operation and maintenance of engines and Omnicare products.
  • Support implementation and compliance with HSE standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Prepared to travel worldwide for service assignments.

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering, or equivalent. 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in servicing heavy machinery, marine industry, or power plants.
  • Strong understanding of both technical and commercial business aspects.
  • Experience in leadership, work preparation, and project management.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Proficiency in technical report writing and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience sailing on ME-B/ME-C engines is an added advantage.
  • Holding a valid CDC is an added advantage.
