Job Description:
• 5+ years experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect and related AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Experience with contact centre technologies (IVR, ACD, CTI, call routing, workforce management).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Codefresh), JIRA, ServiceNow & Qliksense.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting (observability).
• Familiarity with incident management and SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs).
• Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches.
• Knowledge on DevOps tools and standards.
• Passionate about secure coding practices, Software Engineering, contact centre migration, and API-based application support.
• Focus on compliance frameworks and standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach to reliability.
