We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing engineering designs, coordinating technical activities, supporting project execution, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards across infrastructure, landscape, and public realm projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Provide technical support throughout project planning, design, and construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Review RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Identify technical issues and develop practical engineering solutions.
- Support project managers in monitoring technical progress and resolving site challenges.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical meetings.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, landscaping, or public realm projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction methodologies, and project delivery processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, landscaping, and urban development projects.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
- Professional certifications are an advantage.
