Title: Senior Testing/QC Engineer (Factory)

Location: Kelang, Selangor, Malaysia
Job Purpose:
Responsible in Quality Control & Testing of Control & Relay Panels (up to 275kV system)
Location: Meru, Selangor, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control (QC)
• Perform visual and physical inspection of control & relay panels.
• Review QC documentation (checklists, inspection reports, test records).
• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers.
2. Testing
• Perform protection relay testing, wiring, interlocks, functional tests & secondary injection tests.
• Involve in configuration of various substation secondary equipment.
• Involve in Digital Substation configuration and testing
3. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare report on test and inspection results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering or related fields.
• Interest in Protection Systems, Control & Relay Panels, High Voltage Equipment.
• Good understanding of technical drawings & wiring diagrams.
• Able to configure & perform protection relay testing
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a good team player.
• Willing to learn in a factory & high-voltage testing environment.
