Your Mission
As Senior Tungsten Carbide Technology Expert, you will play a critical role in transforming this project from an empty production site into a fully operational world-class manufacturing facility.
You will lead the complete production launch—from technology transfer and equipment commissioning to stable serial production.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead technology transfer with international partners
- Establish manufacturing processes for cemented tungsten carbide products
- Participate in equipment installation and commissioning
- Launch production and achieve stable manufacturing output
- Optimize sintering, pressing, mixing and finishing technologies
- Develop production standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Build quality assurance systems aligned with international standards
- Train and mentor local engineers, supervisors and technicians
- Improve productivity through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and FMEA methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced industrial leader who combines deep technical expertise with hands-on production launch experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
- Materials Science
- Powder Metallurgy
- Metallurgy
- Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cemented tungsten carbide manufacturing
Proven expertise in one or more of the following:
- HPGR Studs
- Mining Wear Parts
- Cemented Carbide Inserts
- Rock Drilling Products
- Cutting Tools
- Wear Resistant Components
Strong experience in:
- Technology Transfer
- Greenfield Manufacturing Projects
- Plant Commissioning
- Production Optimization
- Process Engineering
- Production Scale-up
- Fluent English
