Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the implementation of the Transportation business plan
• Facilitate business development and manage client portfolios
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines
• Provide technical guidance to design and planning teams
• Encourage succession planning and team growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Mandatory P. Eng license in Ontario
• 20 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong leadership and client relationship management
• In-depth understanding of industry design practices
